Consultations

I help adults find their own ground — working with anxiety, burnout, relationships and how they treat themselves.

What I work with

This is working with your state, not treatment — together we look for support and clear next steps.

Consultation formats

I currently work online — convenient wherever you are. You can start with an intro call.

What you get: a calm space to understand your state and map out clear next steps.

Where to start

  • A first talk before we begin
  • Online, video call on Zoom

Fee on request

What you get: a chance to clarify your request, ask questions and see whether you feel comfortable with me — with no obligation to continue.

I run the sessions myself, Anna. About me and my background →

How it works

The path from your first message to the work is short and clear. Here it is step by step, so it feels easier.

Three steps

  1. 1

    Message me

You write to me on Telegram in a couple of lines — what's troubling you. No details needed.

  2. 2

    First meeting

A short 20–30 minute talk: we get to know each other, clarify your request and agree on a time.

  3. 3

    The work

We meet online for 50 minutes. We choose the frequency together and check in as we go.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what people ask most often. Don't see your question — just message me and I'll reply.

How long does therapy take?

It's always individual and depends on your request. Sometimes a few meetings are enough, sometimes the work takes longer. We decide together and check in as we go — you're never obliged to keep coming "forever".

Will everything stay confidential?

Yes. Everything you share stays between us. You can use a pseudonym and keep your camera off. The only exceptions are situations of direct threat to life, which I'm legally required to report.

Is online as helpful as in person?

Yes, for most requests the online format is convenient and just as effective as in person. The main things are a stable connection and a place where no one will interrupt you.

What if we're not a fit for each other?

That's normal, and that's what the intro call is for. If you feel uncomfortable or that you need a different specialist, you're under no obligation and can choose not to continue. If needed, I'll suggest where to turn.

Do I need to prepare for the meeting?

There's no need to prepare anything special. A quiet place where you won't be interrupted and a stable internet connection are enough. If you like, you can jot down beforehand what matters to talk about, but it's not required.

How is a psychologist different from a psychiatrist?

A psychiatrist is a doctor who makes diagnoses and, if needed, prescribes treatment. I'm a psychologist: I work through conversation, helping you make sense of your state and situation. If you need a doctor, I'll suggest where to turn.

How and where does payment work?

We discuss the fee and payment when you book — everything is clear, with no hidden fees or surcharges. We agree on a convenient payment method individually, with payment before the session.

First step

If you're not sure where to start — just write

The intro call commits you to nothing — you can come, ask questions, and decide without any rush whether you'd like to continue.
