Privacy Policy
Updated: 2026-07-26
1. General
This privacy policy (the "Policy") is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and describes how personal data of visitors of annakazaeva.com (the "Site") is processed.
Data controller: Казаева Анна Владимировна (self-employed under the Russian NPD tax regime), email: hello@annakazaeva.com (the "Controller").
This Policy applies to the personal data of Site visitors and of persons who contact the Controller for psychological help. If the data subject is a minor, their data is processed with the consent of their legal representative.
By using the Site and contacting the Controller via the channels listed on the Site, you accept the terms of this Policy.
2. What data is processed and why
The Site has no registration, booking, or contact forms — you provide contact data to the Controller voluntarily, and only if you choose to reach out: via messengers (Telegram, MAX), phone, or email.
When you do, the Controller processes the data you choose to share: your name, contact details, and the content of your message. Purpose: responding to you, scheduling and providing consultations. Providing this data is not mandatory, but without it the Controller cannot contact you or provide the service.
In addition, when you visit the Site, web analytics services automatically collect technical data (cookies, IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed) for anonymised visit statistics and improving the Site — see Section 5.
3. Legal grounds
Processing is based on the data subject’s consent (expressed by voluntarily contacting the Controller and continuing to use the Site) and on entering into and performing a psychological counselling services agreement.
4. Special categories of personal data
Through the Site, the Controller does not collect or store special categories of personal data, including information about health, mental state, or diagnoses. The Site has no forms requesting such information.
The content of consultations is not recorded by the Controller and is confidential. If, during your enquiry or a consultation, you voluntarily share information that falls under special categories of personal data, it is processed solely to provide psychological help, with your consent, and is not disclosed to third parties except in cases directly required by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses the web analytics service Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia). The service uses cookies — small files stored in your browser — for anonymised visit statistics. No other analytics systems are installed on the Site.
Yandex.Metrica uses “Session Replay” (Webvisor) technology, which anonymously records visitor actions on the pages — mouse movements and clicks, scrolling, and navigation between pages — to analyse behaviour and improve the Site. As the Site has no input forms, field contents are not collected. This data is processed on the service’s side and is not used to identify you personally.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use private browsing; the Site will keep working.
6. Methods of processing
The Controller processes the data mainly without automation: messages and contacts are kept in the messengers, phone, and email the Controller uses. The Site runs no servers or databases of its own.
The following actions may be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), use, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
7. Sharing with third parties
The Controller does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required by Russian law and for technical processing by the analytics service listed in Section 5.
No cross-border data transfer takes place: the only analytics service in use is Russian. You can prevent the collection of technical data by restricting cookies in your browser settings (see Section 5).
The content of consultations is confidential and is not disclosed except in cases directly required by law.
8. Storage and security
Data is processed and stored no longer than the processing purposes require, after which it is deleted or anonymised. The Controller takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, and distribution.
9. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked, or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Send your request to hello@annakazaeva.com.
The Controller may ask you to confirm your identity and will consider your request within the period established by the law of the Russian Federation. Withdrawing your consent may make it impossible to continue providing services that rely on this data.
10. Changes to this Policy
The Controller may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the latest update.
